FAT32 to NTFS Conversion - USB Drive

I converted my newly bought USB drive from FAT32 to NTFS file system today with the help of a single command in Windows. The conversion log is provided below

G: is the drive location and the conversion was done in a flash!..It will be possible to use all features that NTFS has got to offer now..
